"Easy to Make Changes on My Own"
I was in a bit of a rushed mood when I needed to change my plan, so I really appreciated being able to do it myself without calling anyone. Everything was right there in my account, and it was clear to figure out. No waiting on hold, no hassle.

"Works When It Wants To"
The internet drops way too often and it’s really annoying. Some days it works fine, then other times it just randomly cuts out when I’m trying to use it. Feels like it works when it wants to, which gets frustrating fast.

"Not as good a deal as it first seemed"
Fizz seemed like a good deal when I first signed up, but after using it for a while, the price doesn’t feel that impressive anymore. Some of the plans are fine, but overall the value feels average. I expected a bit more for what I’m paying. It’s not awful or anything, just not really worth it for me. And whenever there’s an issue, the canned apologies don’t exactly help, it just feels like the same copy-paste response instead of someone actually addressing the problem

"Support handled it well"
I had a question about my bill and support got it sorted out fairly quickly. I did have to wait a bit in the chat, but that’s not the end of the world. Once someone got to me, they explained things clearly and didn’t overcomplicate it, which is really all I needed. Not a perfect experience, but definitely better than I expected. I’d give it 4 stars

I’ve been using fizz home internet for a bit now, it’s been decent overall. For everyday stuff like browsing, watching Netflix, checking emails, and general use, it usually works fine. The speed is also close to what I’m paying for, which I appreciate. That said, the connection isn’t always the most stable. Every now and then it randomly drops for a few minutes, and that gets frustrating when I’m working from home or in the middle of a video call. It’s not awful, but I also wouldn’t call it super dependable. Overall, I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

"Pretty reliable for texting"
I mostly use it for texting, and it’s been reliable. Not perfect every single time, but for basic messages and staying in touch, it works well for me. It’s reliable enough that I don’t really think about it much, which is nice.

"Calls Have Been More Stressful Than They Should Be"
The data works fine, so I wasn’t expecting any issues, but the call quality has been frustrating. People sound choppy a lot of the time, and sometimes the call just drops out of nowhere. It’s added way more stress than I expected, especially when I’m trying to have a normal conversation and keep having to call back.

"Bills have been fine so far"
I’ve been using Fizz for a few months now and the billing has been decent. Every bill I’ve gotten has looked right, at least from what I can tell, and I haven’t noticed any surprise fees or random weird charges popping up. The breakdown is easy enough to read, so I guess that helps too. The billing page does load kind of slow sometimes, which is annoying, but since the amounts are accurate I’m not too bothered. Overall I’m happy with it...

"Surprisingly not bad for roaming"
I used Fizz roaming on a weekend trip and, i wasn’t expecting much. But it connected quickly, the price was easy to understand, and I didn’t get hit with some weird surprise bill afterward. So yeah, kind of cautiously impressed.

"Decent when it works, but support feels slow"
In my experience, fizz is fine when everything is running smoothly, but getting help can be frustrating. I waited hours for a reply, and when I finally got one, it felt like a really basic answer. It’s not the worst service I’ve used, but personally, I think their support needs to be a lot faster.

I’ve been using the Fizz website it’s not too bad. I can usually find my plan details and make changes without having to contact anyone, which I appreciate. That said, some pages take a while to load, and the layout can feel a little confusing at times, or maybe it’s just me? The app is where I get more frustrated. It randomly logs me out, and sometimes I tap buttons and nothing happens right away, which makes me wonder if it even registered. It does work eventually, so I wouldn’t say it’s terrible, but it’s definitely not the smoothest experience. Overall, it’s decent, but I feel like it could be better, right?

"Referral credit came through"
I used the referral because I figured I might as well get something back if I was already signing up. It worked fine, and the credit showed up on my next bill just like it was supposed to. No complaints from me.

I ordered a Fizz SIM card and it did show up, just later than I expected. Tracking was basic, so I didn’t have much to go on. Nothing awful, I just had to wait a few extra days before setting everything up...

I really like being able to change my plan whenever it makes sense. Some months I need extra data, other months I don’t, and it’s easy to switch without calling support or dealing with random fees. It just works the way I need it to

"Smooth Fizz Installation"
Got my Fizz internet set up today it went better than I expected. I figured it was worth booking the install instead of trying to mess around with everything myself, and I’m glad I did. The tech showed up within the time window, was friendly, and got it all working quickly. I basically just had to show him where I wanted the modem. The Wi-Fi came up right away and the speed seems solid so far, so I feel like switching was a reasonable call. Nice first experience overall...
